SHIPPING & FULFILLMENT POLICY

Every single garment at DOT LINE is custom-finished to ensure the highest tier of quality control. Because our collections feature manual, premium textured flock vinyl placement, our fulfillment process is split into two stages:

1. Processing Time (Our Craft)

• 3–5 Business Days
  
• This is our dedicated production window. Every piece is printed, heat-pressed, inspected, and packaged individually by hand. We do not rush this process; if a print does not meet our exact standard, we restart it from scratch to ensure your garment is flawless.
  

2. Transit Time (The Courier)

• Once your package is securely handed over to the shipping carrier, transit times vary by your location. Please note: Courier transit speeds are entirely outside of our direct control.
• The Netherlands / Domestic: 1–3 Business Days
  Europe / International: 3–7 Business Days

Tracking Your Order

The exact second your package is dropped off at the fulfillment hub, an automated shipping confirmation email will be sent directly to you. This email includes your tracking link so you can follow your shipment's journey in real-time.
